they hate me for no reason what so ever! i did nothing to them my mom thinks they're jelious buti think who would be jelious of me? i am smart i've been asked to go to alustralia with the jr. honors socity thike 4 times!! geez either they are jelious or they are crazy!! also my ex-best friend hates me now!!!! i do not get it!! just because im not popular?? gosh

well i guess im what people would consider a prep but i dont have anything against other group of people. i respect everyone because we all have diff. view pts. also, preps can be smart too, i have a 4.0 and am ranked #1 in my class. so we are all diff but we should not waste our type sterotyping. people are hard to get along with no matter what, and maybe you are taking it out of proportion, jst relax and take it easy.

I'm at the point now where if anyone says they are a prep, I automatically hate them. It's just I CAN't stand them AT ALL. And don't listen to them! I get in so many fights every day with "preps", because they can't shut their mouth with other people's business. You're so much higher than them, don't you see that? Girls who dress so disgustingly and care more about that than school aren't going to get anywhere in life. Everybody I know that used to be a prep in their teenage years aren't happy now with what they have become. Good luck and keep up what you're doing. And there's nothing wrong with being goth or liking anime... they just want everyone to be exactly like them and hate when people are different so they try to bring you down. And that friend of yours was never a friend, they wouldn't have stopped being your friend because you're not some self centered person going around for attention and not living life. You are living life, they aren't. Ignore them. :)

do you really think it matters? think about it like this when you finish high school all the little clicks don't matter. be yourself and if they hate you hate them back. I was goth at one point and people bit on it so after a few years of creeping around at night I hit some sunshine and realized that the clicks were gone. I went to tech school and hung out with hippies. when you leave the clicks behind you will realize that people that hate you in high school will not in college. my old friends that I swear wanted to kill me just so happened to find me at work almost ten years later. I got a hug and how you been.

I was a Goth in High School & through part of college. I gradually changed with my environment and am now what I call "a normal person". I hated high school because of the harassment. . . so as someone who went through it I want to let you know that you're not alone. Take pleasure in knowing that their judgmental habits will seriously affect their lives and your understanding will evolve into empathy as you grow older and your life will be enriched for it. Hang in there. You're PERFECT the way you are ... no matter what!!

I also have a special space in my heart for "Preps." I, like your mother, think they are jealous of those who dare to be different. Mostly because they are too afraid to search their own self for an identity. When I was in high school, many many moons ago, I was in the un-popular crowd. The "jocks" as we called them were always ragging on us for not being dressed in the style of the day, or listening to music that they found un-cool. Just people who are afraid to be themselves, and are too lazy to look for people who will take them at face value and not fashion value.

That is really sad! Just ignore them! Well, I like anime too but I am not an anime freak. I am not a prep nor goth but I respect people for what they choose to be.
