A search for Jem on Amazon.com reveals that seasons 1 & 2 are for sale on DVD.

oh my gosh, jem!!!!! the memories. that would be awesome to find that!!! i dont know if they are still open, but the sunset co. at the malls carry alot of the old stuff, like voltron. i am totally on the lookout now for the jem series and if i find anything i will let you know. my first stop is amazon.com......

I know you can rent JEM from Netflix. Not sure about Voltron, but I think they have that too.
