There is a special tool, 02 sensors are a large fitting.
A local parts store might have one. A wrench would work,
but that tool is a better fit. Most new OBD II compliant trucks have O2 sensors before the exhaust catalyst and after by the way.

Go to a Checker/Auto Zone near you they should be able to check the computer codes and tell you for sure that it is your o/2 sensor. If it is then go to you local Ford delership and have them do it. If you want to do it your self Google your truck and find a web forum to ask this question they will be happy to help and you just might meet some new friends.
