There really is no way to make your lips bigger physically though without surgery, because it's not like a muscle where you can just build them up. I heard that sucking on things like popsicles make your lips bigger because you are using them all the time. Do not listen to these people about sucking **** if you have morals, stick with them. Those plumping glosses are also supposed to give them a little bit of a boost. You should be happy with the way God made you though. You shouldn't care about what these people think, just be happy with yourself.

There is lip gloss these days with collagen that promotes fuller lips. Instead of opting for surgery you could get a collagen shot into your lips. I've seen it on TV: They take fat from a source in your body that's got plenty of it, like thighs, and insert it right into your lips. I don't know how expensive that it, though.
Or, you could be happy with the lips you have! I'm sure they're not as bad as you think.

Go to your local make-up/department store (or Ricky's if you live near NYC) and buy a lip plumper. Just like a lipgloss but makes lips look much bigger. Type them in a search engine to find stockists close to you.
Also wear lighted colored lip glosses as this creates the illusion of bigger lips

I completely swear by City Lips, which can be purchased at Sephora. Use it a couple of times a day for three or four weeks & you will see a difference. If you continue to use it, your lips will stay plumper.

since surgery isn't an option for you, you'll have to go with advanced make-up techniques...the way you line your lips (with lip liner hopefully) and the plumping gloss/lipstick should get you the results you're looking for. oh, yeah, don't let anyone punch you in the mouth, either!!

Rimmel London has a brush on lipstick that costs about $5.00. It has an ingredient in it that plumps your lips, it tingles a little when you first put it on. No worse then the kiss proof lip colors.

see i have natural big lips i was born with these babys but what i heard is you can get lip ejection or go to walmart in the cosmetics area and they have this stuff where you put on your lips and it will make your lips bigger
