Actually, some frozen foods are more nutritious than the fresh variety because frozen foods are frozen quicker than it takes for their fresh counterparts to get into the stores. The longer fresh foods "sit" the less nutritious they become as the nutrients tend to dissipate. I'm not sure about the bacteria being found in frozen foods unless they were talking about freezer burn. However, food that has become freezer burned IS safe to eat, but the quality is poorer.

genuinely frozen nutrition would properly be healthful. It purely relies upon on how processed the nutrition became earlier it became frozen. Take vegetables for instance....they're genuinely extra nutritious frozen than out of a can because they're washed, flash heated or boiled and flash frozen. This locks each of the nutrients in. for sure sparkling vegetable are perfect, yet frozen is a sensible determination, too. Canned vegetables are the least nutritious because distinct the nutrients are cooked out contained in the canning procedure. different frozen ingredients, like "television Dinners" are loaded with preservatives, chemical substances and sodium and are not magnificent for you. purely study labels and examine out to adhere to frozen ingredients that include belongings you could pronounce. If the element record reads like a unique, steer sparkling! :)

Actually, I do not believe there are any bacteria that can survive such cold temperatures. The only danger I see here is eating uncooked meat and such. But things like frozen vegetables are fine.

All processed food and non organic food do not have as high potency as natural and organic food. Do they have nutrional value? yes, all food that you consume helps you to grow when you are young and helps to maintain your life when you pass the growing age. However, they all consume your energy. So, process food takes more energy to digest. There are many reasons, but one of them which everyone know is the Emzyem (I don't know if I spell that one right). These micro organisms help to maintain your health. When you process food, when you freeze them, ex, these micro organisum died. For food that are not orgainic, the food also lack of Emzyem or, the emzyem that it grows are different from the ones that the nature gives. So it takes more of your energy to be accepted by your body.
