Better than, although I thought the film was as good an adaptation as could be made. Some of the changes actually improve the story. Sadly, a lot of the supporting cast get dropped, including Mrs. Almond, my favourite character from the comic.

The comic book was much, much, better than the movie. I kept feeling that the movie was missing something.

i dont know the comic book (i dont even like comic books, personnally it must be worse than it) but i like the movie !
