Try replacing your battery. The starter motor takes much more power than the lights and radio. It's possible your battery has enough power to get the lights and radio going, but not enough to turn over the starter.

Your battery is developing too low a power. You need quite a few amps to power the ignition coil and turn the engine over against the compression. try jump strarting, bump starting, or charge your battery

if the terminal is loose on the starter it won't turn over. there is a large wire that connects to the starter on th bottem of the engine under the car make sure it is tight and try again if that dosen't work and your fuses are not blown get to a mechanic.

First get a jump on your battery. If that doesn't work, check the starter, ignition and celluloid. Sometime if you hit the celluloid it will start.

If it starts with a jump. get your battery charged. If after a few starts it won't start again, them it's likely it's your alternator.

check battery connections, make sure battery posts are clean.
