He is still ECW champion for now, but that is likely to change. RVD had to drop the WWE belt because of his recent arrest for drugs. He will probably lose his belt and get suspended for rehab. Sabu on the other hand will most likely get fired for the same reason.

Yes he's still the ECW champion,but he lost the WWE belt to Edge and RVD arrest is just part of the storyline beccause they want ECW wrestleres to look like badasses.

ECW is OWNED by WWE, so if RVD is WWE champ, he has to defend it. but correct, he was arrested yesterday for having 15 grams of marijuana and some cocaine, sabu also had so "unidentifiable" pills, while they dont know exactly what they were, they are a controlled substance.
both rvd and sabu will undergo rehab, and 99% chanmce that rvd will lose the ecw title tonight, robably to big show or kurt angle, maybe sandman. i just wish i had the sci fi channel so i could watch

RVD desires to flow to TNA same to the rumors are suggesting.He desires to take sabu with him.TNA is a actual promoting no longer a crappy money making gadget for vince, and dont forget vince begged rhino to affix ecw and rhino blew him off.TNA receives perspective and Cage ,Vince receives Monty Brown what a shaggy dog tale.ask your self who wrestlers opt to artwork for now?
