You may be having summer allergies if you are having trouble breathing. I have noticed that I have a lot of chest congestion lately with the heat so I take allergy medicine and a chest decongestant.

I have C.O.P.D ( chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) caused by smoking, I have now given up but will never get any better just won't deteriorate as fast. Breathing in this weather is like sucking through cotton wool, just walking a few metres and I am puffing. So BE WARNED if you smoke you are very likely to end up like this

Was in a tube yesterday and the temp was around 30 degrees outside. Inside was so hot and humid and everyone was sweating and we all smelt of sweat mingled with our deoderants and perfumes and our individual body odours.
I thought I was going to collapse at one point, couldnt breathe properly and got quite agitated and shaky.
Was relived to get off only to be fried by the heat of the sun.
