California of course. Mountains, skiing and beaches within a 2 hour drive. San Fran and L.A. Hollywood, celebrities, Santa Barbara, Yosemite, desert. It has it all. Thats why houses are so expensive. Supply and demand. Everyone wants a piece of it.
