She's 7 years old, but every minutes, she comes and hugs me (2 mins long) or kisses me (8+ kisses), its pretty weird. Its cute and all in the beginning, you know the whole lovable act (I dont mind, im pretty affectionate), but for 3 days straight, non-stop, it makes me think. Am I overeacting?

I can't diagnose over the internet, but try googleing the term "reactive attachment disorder". That is what it sounds like to me. It is usually the result of severe mistreatment by whoever is raising her. Check it out and see what you think.
PS: I could definitely be totally wrong here, but what you said immediately made me think of that.

Maybe she's lacking in affection at home? That's a problem that's been coming to light recently. Especially among younger girls. As you ladies can attest, affection is a BIGGIE for many of you, right? And how much more when they're that young? Affection shows love. It is annoying but if you think each time she does it, what an impact it could have later in life...isn't it worth it?

she's 7! a young child needs a lot of love. And you're a special role modle in her life. Or it might be she's in desperate need of love and attention because no one is showing her any. But a seven year old is usually a pretty affectionate person, especially if she's a girl.

Sounds like she could have so type of Obsessive Cumpulsive Disorder or maybe ADD, a professional can really call that out. However, it doesnt mean that she has some kind of disorder or something, maybe she is craving love and attention and she can see that you really care about her.

yes you have to be careful.Sometimes may be watching bad films and react like this without knowing the meaning.Just give her a good analysis--dont react.Just make her understand logically and like a well wisher.Sometimes lack of knowlege and proper guidance the kids also do wrong acts.So careful.Dont hurt her ,rather give her support, through lessons.

Could be a minor issue like her parents work a lot and she's very glad you're around or she could have serious attachment issues. Does she do this with relative strangers?

This is hazarding a guess...but maybe shes insecure and wants to know that your not leaving her any time soon. I dont think that your over reacting.

This may be a good opportunity for you to teach her personal boundaries and about how no means no, for anyone.

shes probably just happy to see you or thinks youre cool and she wants to be like you... ask her if she needs help with anything or to talk though... just to double check... also, are her parents okay, anyone sick or recently dead in the family? she might just want to make her time w/ you last...
