Its definately her best song ever, though not the best song in the world. That can depend on the mood and musical tastes of the person. It is a good song, but not the best ever. Mind you I haven't laughed so much for a while until I saw the mime artist "daemonster" recomended in this same section of answers. I would recommend everyone to see it. Its really funny.
