It's OK to wear whatever you like. Of course, where you are going could have some impact. Like I wouldn't wear a Mets cap to dinner (unless it's Wendy's).
The hat can match your outfit or you can get inventive and have nothing you are wearing match.
I always loved floppy hats, loved hats with a brim you could bend down on one side, over one eye.

yes, its OK as long as you are matching. Frankly I wear what I want to wear, and I don't understand why people worry about what other people especially the ones you don't know think, I mean get real what do these people do for you. I wear what I want and I am a fine A women, and I have a tall, handsome man, but I didn't at first. I will say this: Wear what makes you happy, I do and I am happy and my man makes me happier. yeah i'd say its alright, i mean it has to be a really cute hat not just like a sports hat or something. i wear hats all the time..

i would say yes its ok. if you put a restriction on it you may be set in old ways which would raise a side question "is it ok for a woman to be out at night" i am only trying to invoke thought here.

it depends if you are wearing a fashionable hat, or if u are wearing a hat that is saposed to be blocking then sun.then you will just look stupid.
