Yea of course! All that means is that you are entering puberty theres nothing abnormal about arm pit hair based on your age. You have to remember that not everyone enters puberty at the same time. If people make fun of it tell them to piss off

It's perfectly normal and a sign of coming out of puberty. Don't be embarrassed about it, and now start using under arm deodorant.

Now adays i would say yes. Girls are getting breasts at age 9 so there is nothing wrong with a guy producing hair early. We are evolving and it happens no need to be embarassed embrace it.

It is a VERY individual thing. Your hormones will kick into high gear when they are good and ready and not one moment before. In the meantime wear t-shirts instead of muscle shirts or beaters or whatever we're calling them this week and don't worry about it.
