The Brian Setzer Orchestra's version of "A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square" would be my choice. It's from their first album, The Brian Setzer Orchestra (1994). Nice swingin' groove- very romantic...
Another song would be "It's Nice to Be With You," by The Monkees. You can find it on their Greatest Hits album. It's cute and sweet...
Let me know if you want the lyrics...

TRY
LADY IN RED ;
! I always melt when anybody sings this to me !
Dodgeball Soundtrack Lyrics
Chris De Burgh - Lady in Red Lyrics
I've never seen you looking so lovely as you did tonight
I've never seen you shine so bright
I've never seen so many men ask you if you wanted to dance
They're looking for a little romance
Given half a chance
And I've never seen that dress you're wearing
Or that highlights in your hair
That catch your eyes
I have been blind
The lady in red is dancing with me
Cheek to cheek
There's nobody here
It's just you and me
It's where I wanna be
But I hardly know this beauty by my side
I'll never forget the way you look tonight
I've never seen you looking so gorgeous as you did tonight
I've never seen you shine so bright you were amazing
I've never seen so many people want to be there by your side
And when you turned to me and smiled it took my breath away
And I have never had such a feeling such a feeling
Of complete and utter love, as I do tonight
The lady in red is dancing with me
Cheek to cheek
There's nobody here
It's just you and me
It's where I wanna be
But I hardly know this beauty by my side
I'll never forget the way you look tonight
I never will forget the way you look tonight
The lady in red
My lady in red
I love you

"Kiss From A Rose", by Seal
Always a classic. However, in my opinion, you shouldn't be dedicating a song because she asked. That seems a little shallow. Perhaps tell her you can't think of one, learn some lyrics, and out of nowhere sing them to her one night.

"Time Stand Still" by Rush
"Everytime" by Simple Plan
"Moondance" by Van Morrison
"Drowning" by Backstreet Boys
"From Me To You" by The Beatles
"Words Of Love" by Buddy Holly
What you should really do is put her ear to your heart and tell her to listen. Tell her that that is the song you are to deedicate to her, the song of your heart. Say it beats better when it's around you, loves you better when she's near, and doesn't break when you're around her.
