The next things to check would be fuses, the alternator and the generator.

Use an old crappy screwdriver and jump the terminals on the starter solenoid.
Follow the positive wire from the battery to the starter solenoid.
Next to where that wire hooks up there is another wire just like it going down to the starter. Make contact between the two posts.
It's goint to spark a lot. But if it works, change your solenoid.

if the car sat for a long period of time the engine froze up. remove spark plugs, spray alot of wd40 where the plugs go let it sit over night put plugs back in and try starting the car, also check your wires make sure the starter is wired right or your ignition system might be the problem, switch, module etc.

Use breaker bar to see that you welded the internal parts, if it turn than your fine if not those engine you can pick up through those company that sell import motors, any sparks ? take one spark plug wire and put it near metal to see if it spark. there is a device you put between the plug wire& spark plug that tell you some problem it might be at Harbor freight run around 2-3.00 .

check the fuel pump by removing fuel cap and having some one turn the key on and listen for a hum. if that is good remove a spark plug and check for spark if no spark then its in the ignition and there is 3 seancers distributor and ignition control mod that would have to be tested its not hard but time consuming.
