In weeks or days lol.
our house outside has a bird nest laying an egg. we are afriad we kinda burned it cause they put the nest right on top of this lamp lightbuld thingy.and its very hot their. o.o
how long does it take a bird to lay an egg?
its been almots a month i think... since it was up there.

Well my dad had once a cage of those Australian birds and they did not lay an egg until eith months that we had them. I guess they have to get use to all that is around them then they will lay an egg.. its all about patience.

they usually will lay an egg a couple days after the nest is complete. Is the next active? Have you seen birds going to it?
