Depending what time you feel tired. The number one cause of constant tireness is loss of direction in life. There is nothing in life that you either want to pursue or in your mind, you perceive as a failure or impossible to pursue. When that happens, your kindneys get weaker and you will feel tired. So, the mind stage is loss of direction, and it menifests into the physical stage, and it starts with the Kidneys, then the liver, the stomach and when it gets to the heart, it gets worse.

It could be low blood sugar or iron poor blood. Or there's always mononucleosis. Contrary to myth, you can get it by going for a walk. If you become susceptible to it, you can get it. The germs are ever present.

You definitely need to see a doctor about that. It's not necessarily healthy for someone to be that way. Trust me, I know.
