When you are aprroaching your cycle; try to eliminate as much salt in your diet as possible. Drink Water and try the extra strength Midol, Premarin or an all natural duiretic--Cranberry supplements, lemon are 2 good natural duiretics

avoid eating high sodium foods that will cause water retention in the body before and during your period. try not to skip meals b/c that usually gives me a lot of extra gas in my stomach that makes me feel even more bloated. and avoid wearing tights pants, belts or high waists. hope this helps

Don't use Midol, it sucks. Pamprin is the way to go. Drink a lot of water.

dring WATER. stay away from salt, it'll cause you to retain water.
