i have recently heard that Atlantic City and Six Flags has closed down because New Jersey is in a budget crisis.

I don't know about six flags,but I read that the casinos in atlantic city did close down. I've never heard of a casino closing, but it must have been strange. I suppose the hotels are still up.

I feel for the people that have plans on visiting those areas this week and next. Hope they figure something out.

I do not know but Six Flags Astroworld closed at the end of last year. The property just sold for 170 million.

The answer is NO...

The Governor of New Jersey called the losers back to the capital today and they hammered out a simple budget to keep the state running.
