Start each day with a clean face - wash with fingertips only. Try acne products with Benzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic acid. If OTC (over the counter) products aren't helping, seek out a dermatologist. You might just need to add an antibiotic to really make a difference. Good luck!

I use the Clear Skin Regimen at http://www.acne.org. It's a non-profit (so it's free), the guy who created used to suffer from pimples himself. The system works wonders on my face, and its helped countless other people. The best part is that you don't have to order or buy any expensive treatments, everything you need for the Regimen can be found at your local drugstore. Find out more at the website.

In general, for clear skin it helps if you: don't touch/pick at your skin, drink lots of water, wash your hair frequently, change your pillowcases, exercise, wear little make-up (or if needed, hypo-allergenic makeup), and minimize stress.

Another important tip is to look up online consumer reviews of acne products before you buy them, using sites like epinions.com or drugstore.com. A great website I use to get cosmetic reviews is makeupalley.com (A mostly women's site). Researching the effectiveness of products helped me a lot in my battle against blemishes. Hope this helps!

What a pain in the neck. I never got acne but i worked fro solution and the best way is to steam your skin so your pours open up then freeze them shut but before you do take a product that makes your skin smooth and if that doesn't work then try again and buy a solution and repeat the technique

Keep your face clean but don't dry it out with alcohol or other harsh astringent. Then use vitamin E oil on JUST the acne. Just a bit will do it. If this doesn't help then you will probably need to go to a dermatologist.

Avoid fatty/fried foods. Your diet has a big part of it. Also, wash regularly. As for existing acne, I've read popping pimples is not the best answer, so just give it time to go away.

I took a medication called roacutain or something like that. ask your dermatologist about it. it's a strong pill that dries up u'r skin, lips and hair while taking it, and u can't be in the sun, drink alcohol, or get pregnant while taking it. but it was worth it (I took it when i was 13). Thank G-d my skin is clear now. If u take it u should carry moisturizer with u wherever u go.
good luck!!
by the way, I have a friend who uses only olive oil and her skin is beautifull...

The only thing I could think of is going to the dermatologist.
What I'm doing right now is using Proactive in the morning and Noxema at night and sometimes I put Vicks VapoRub on my really bad pimples, too.
