0-0 at the half germany has had 11 fouls Italy has 4. it's been an excellent game so far

italy bought the ref, obviously. Loads of TINY fould that even got yellow cards of the germans.
Some italian guy jumped on bllack's back. After about 5 secs, the ref realised he HAD to blow it. BUT NO YELLOW CARD.
How unfair is this game? How much did italy have to pay?!?!?! (the ref)
