the "just ask the worst she can say is no" is a lame answer. thats not the worst. but i think you just have to go for it. you should try to find out what she is interested in. if she is the romantic type, try to take her to a picnic or somehting. if she is the sporty type then get her to play basketball or whatever it is for a while and then kind of bring it up. if she says no, it's not the end of the world. dont get mad at her. listen to what she is saying and then agree with whatever she says. it plays with her mind if she thinks that you are totally fine with her saying no. it makes her think twice about her answer. then if it is still no, show her what she is missing!
