Is that a matter of coincidence or Europe has the strongest National Teams and Premiere Leagues?

It's mainly because European teams have historically performed well when the Cup is hosted in Europe. Subsequently, European teams haven't had as much success whenever the Cup is held outside of Europe.
Europe has been where the sport has been popular longer than anywhere else, and the roots of it run deep. So it's no surprise that Europe has been the traditional powerhouse of the sport.

Only thanks to players from other countries... The teams in Germany would be good if there were only german players? Not even their national side has only german players, let it be their league. English? Italian? Spanish? The biggest stars from these countries are from other country, and only a group of the best from each country made such great teams, so don't brag about the clubs as if they were representing your country, I assure you most players of the team you root for don't care about your country.
Some european countries are cheating to get results, by getting the best players from weaker football countries to strength their own. Then they can go saying their country is great at football... lol, football is surely being owned by money... not even national pride resisted. They are trying to use the same formula that worked on their clubs, on their national teams, pitiful.
Now the home soil surely gives an advantage because you get more fans in the games.

Usually, European Teams do better when World Cup is held in Europe. Since 1982, only European Teams won whenever World Cup is held in Europe.

Well Europe has the best leagues in the world. the EPL (england), Serie A (italy), La Liga (spain), La Liga (france), Bundesliga (germany) just to name a few.
Also European teams fare better when WC is played in Europe.

It is not coincidence. Of the only two teams with a chance to beat them, Brazil was mediocre and Argentina was gutless.
