Just accept it as a part of life and realize this one thing, it's all downhill from there.

I have the same problem as you! I'm 16, 5'5", and I weigh between 103-107 pounds (it seems to fluctuate daily). Join your high school's track team so you can have a regular vigorous exercise program. Stay away from fatty-foods, though, and keep running daily! You'll always have some cellulite on your legs because you are a developing woman, and even when you've finished maturing you'll always have it--but you can keep it in check.

Good luck!

I remember when I got cellulite around 16. I wish there was something that would make it go away but unfortunately it is one of those hereditary things that stays forever. I used to work with a lot of models in NYC and to my amazement, just about every model, as skinny and perfect as they are, has cellulite. It really has nothing to do with weight. Try not to obsess about it, it's probably more noticable to you than anyone else in the world. They say that if you massage it, it kind of helps it be less noticeable for a while.

Drink a lot of water. Cut out all sodas - even diet sodas. Eat a diet that is as fat free and low in calories as you can stand. Weight training will also help with filling out the area currently occupied by fat/cellulite. Also have a good cardio routine that you do everyday. Vary the routine, of course so you don't get bored and lose interest.

Girl you are not alone.... I'm 16, average weight, not big at all, and I have a little bit. I think they say when you get it as a teen, it's more temporary and it goes away if you take care of it. But I heard it happens to most teen girls. I also have a couple of light stetch marks, too, and I'm trying to get rid of them. If you know find out anything, feel free to contact me...

You have a muscle to fat ratio problem. Cellulite is just fat cells that are visible through the skin. You need to do leg exercises along with running to tone your legs. Good luck.

No, but it can raise your cholesterol witch can cause you to gain weight. You would have to eat a great amount of salt before that would even be possible. To much salt is not good for you, but you need some salt in your diet to help you retain water.

Honey I'd just eat well and feel comfortable in your own body. Trust me, the sooner you take it off the sooner it'll come back on. Better things to concern yourself with.

Get over it. It's called becoming a woman. Woman need a certain amount of fat to have babies, so mother nature put it on you. It's natural.
