so user can't realize that the program is runnig ?
When i say a program without any form in fact i mean that program is not contain any visual sign ,namly, form , command prompt or etc. so user can't find out that the programm is running .
Meanwhile i wanna know how can i make this program to be executed whenever windows starts ofcours i mean a way except putting program in start up folder ,i am looking for a hidden way which using that user can not simply understand that the program start whenever windows starts .
Finally i will be thankful if you introduce me some useful forums
related to vb.net where i can ask my questions about programming in vb.net and get answers.

Ok first of all it feels like you're trying to write a virus. Anyways i will give you some pointers. You will have to write an application using the console application. This does not have any visual components. To make it autorun when windows starts you will have to create a registry key under "run" directory.
How ever your users will have to execute the application first in order to get all this happening (first time). After this your application will run whenever windows starts.
Your application will not be completely hidden though. The user will still be able to view your application using the task manager. You can hide it from it but I will not tell you how.
Piece of advice if you're thinking of writing a crazy applicaiton then don't. There are much more challenging software applications you can write. Develop websites,games, antiviruses etc. They are much more fun and won't get you in trouble with the authorities.

What kind of program do you want to write and run? Depending on what it is, you could write a .bat file in dos or better yet, put an entry in the windows service list.
There are many programs that 'run in the background'.
