im in a band with my three best friends except we arent very good! we have 2 guitarist that dont know how to play, 1 back up singer that doesnt play an instrument and one singer!I know it sounds weird but we hav no idea what to do as far as learning wise!And we dont want to give up !wut should we do?(serious answers please)

well, one of your guitar players needs to pick up a bass to begin with. and you need to find a drummer. or at least learn to program a drum machine.
next you either need to get some good self-teaching books or take lessons. learn to read music. you can print out music on the internet and practice playing covers before you start writing your own stuff (you sound a way off from that)...
another easy way to go about this might be to go to rock school (yes, they really have it.) your whole band can go together and you can take individual lessons as needed. i don't know where you live but here's a few links for places around the country.

if none of these are nearby start calling local music stores and someone can probally refer you.

The "guitarists" that don't even play need to either learn or choose a different instrument to play. Throw in some variety!

Practice, and since you are all beginners anyway, get your backup singer a bass so he has something to learn. Oh, and find a drummer.
