Aww, JD is my favorite, but I think he has too many morals to split up Turk and Carla. Besides, Turk and JD are in love just the way they are, no sex change needed.

No because the writers explain their relationship as a deep level of friendship that anyone could reach. Plus, Turk is already married to Carla and J.D. is dating a doctor who is pregnant.
