First of goto the doctor....but i know that i am the same way,and i have to have monthly B-12 shots, which help somewhat when i get them, sometimes i just take B-12 vitamins daily instead of getting a shot once a month thought, that seems to help more. But you really should try and see a doctor because there could be many medical reasons for your fatigue.

Are you sure you are sleeping WELL not just "normal for you". I thought I was sleeping fine until I started taking Nightworks for my cardiovascular system (who knew you could wake up and WANT to get out of bed?) (Nightworks is a little on the expensive side, but I have actually tripled my income with all the extra productivity now that I am not sick and tired all the time - that puts the cost in perspective) Also, caffine can make you crash, but so can sugar. Does your fatigue tend to hit or get worse around 11am or 3pm? Could be you are eating too much fast-burning stuff (sugar, white flour, potatoes, caffine etc) and not enough long-burning stuff (meat, soy and other protiens). You need both. (Not ready to give up sweets, contact me and I will tell you about my pancake and rice-crispy treat diet, LOL I am half kidding but that really is what I lost 40 pounds eating)

You should try a high potency mult-vitamin, such as Alive! Whole Food Energizer from Nature's way! You may deficient in something, such as Vitamin B12. I found this to be the case for me. But once I started taking the multivitamin-multiminerals, I felt 100% better...
Good Luck...

You could try:
1. a 20 minute nap in the afternoons
2. exercising regularly
3. I do a short, 12 minute morning yoga program (on dvd) every morning...it really helps me wake up and keep my energy!
4. Eat snacks throughout the day to keep your blood sugar up.
5. Download some energizing music to your mp3 player to play on your lunch break.

the chinese have a very long cultural history, and traditions directed at exactly this "problem". they are aware, and it is the basis for acupuncture, that we not only have a physical body, but also, among others, an energy body. once you learn how to work with this energy body properly you will have access to vast amounts of energy,as well as aiding health and longevity. the classic practice in this area is called chi kung(ji gong, chi gong). research it. related beneficial practices are meditation, yoga, tai chi, etc. whatever helps to detoxify you ,keep you calm and balanced, etc. will help. if you begin to work in these areas now you will avoid many problems you would otherwise encounter.( a word to the wise is sufficient). check out also www.sahajayoga.com to experience the subtle energy known as chi, and realize the benefits of its effects.
