My cousin told me that he hates the way he is and he wants to complety change but i really dont know how to help him. how can someone change the way their personality is ?

they can't. help him to accept and love himself as he is.

By reviewing all his qualities. Taking an inventory of himself and searching for what drives his bad qualities. Then reviewing his good qualities and learning how to increase the use of those and appreciate them more. Finding out what qualities he admires in other people and how to implement them in his own life.
It sounds like a great opportunity for him to grow and form his identity.

truly both may have impression on both seems or personality... once you've a nasty personality it would want to substitute your seems merely as in case you do not seem constructive(dressing sloppily or some thing like that) it may impression your personality noticeably as well...

he's lying. first of all,he wouldn't act like he is if he hate his personality.
