it is a lump at edge of my eye and very tender when i touched it, i know i shouldn't have do you have any quick cheap remedies?

Yes,don't squeeze.
Isolate the eyelash whose base is infected (that's what causes a stye by the way) -you'll know because the pain will be the most when you gently tug on the eyelash.
Get a clean pair of tweezers and pull out the eyelash in one quick motion.
Wash your entire face with soap and warm watert
Take a couple of aspirin tablets (they're anti-inflammatory).
Go to sleep.
Guaranteed to TOTALLY remove the stye within 24-36 hours; depending on the size of your stye.

Wal-mart and Walgreen's have drops for your eyes that are made especially for stys. It is in the section with the other regular eye drops.

Old granny's remedy that really works,use barely warm tea in an eyebath,do this three times per day and just before bed,it really works

Warm compresses about every 4 hours and an eye wash that has boric acid in it....DO NOT SQUEEZE IT! Try this for a day if it doesn't go down go see a doctor.

my son gets em alot. all you can do is put a warm compress on it and rub it out. like if it's at the edge of your eye, rub it away, outwards. should be gone for sure within a week if not sooner.

soak a teabag into hot water and let it get cold. after its cold, take out excess water and ub it on ur eye. trust me, this is a remedy that is fast, cheap and works amazingly. u'll have ur normal eye back 2moro! :)
