I tried the incoding tool but it didn't work. there is an example of what I have: مبروك علي

Your computer must not have Arabic support, so it will open Arabic documents in Greek characters or other charcters that seem "close" to Arabic. Forward the letter to someone who has a computer with Arabic support. Have that person copy and paste the letter into an imaging program and save it as a picture (.gif or jpeg) and send it back to you as an email attachment.

LOL, becouse your pc cant encode arabic charters, he present you that charters instead. Even if you install arabic charters on your pc and manage to encode it it would make no sence to you since it wouldnt translate it to englis but instead you will get words written in arabic only with latinic charters.
Same thing goes to the other languages with diferent charters than we use!

This is foreign language spam. If someone sends you a message in a language you cannot read, I would not waste any effort on it. You already get enough junk mail in English.

There are professional translators who will be happy to get your business. Check your yellow pages and call and ask for an estimate to see if you really want it that badly.
