I am not sure about stickers for sure..............but two neat sites for printables that have a free section are

I take it you already have adhesive backed printing paper. All you gotta do is search any site you come across until you find an image or logo you like. Then right click on it and save the image to a file or folder. Then access the file or folder and print it out! Next you cut out the sticker and you're done! If you are capable you can change the size of it first or crop several items onto one page so you can make better use of your paper.

You could also use a program like PSP to create your own graphics.What in particular are you looking for?I have a ton of graphics collected over the years..

Probably word or excel would be the best choice. Some people use lotus, but I prefer word.
