When you watch a movie , you forget that its only amovie.
You start feeling that you are a part of it, you are in that situation,you are witnessing it on site.
It is very common for people to cry when they watch an emotional movie. You feel that you are playing the football when you watch the game. So a movie creates an atmosphere in your mind,identical to the one you are watching.
When you watch an xxx movie you start feeling that you are that person on the screen. and you get arousal.
It is called mental perception. your eyes see an aroused person.
But your mind feels that arousal.

people are designed to react to sexual stimuli. When they see a porno movie, they see similar visual and auditory elements as they would if they were actually having sex. This kind of tricks the brain into releasing the same hormones it would release if you were indeed getting ready to have sex so you get turned on

I think it's because sex is basic animal need. And a lot of people know. So they use it. But I do think sex appeal is lever out.
