I am reminded of Conan the Barbarian's answer to the question, "What is best in life?" His answer: "To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of their women."
There is a difference between what "means" the most to me, and what I enjoy most, love most, what is best in life, etc. The phrasing of the question changes it's meaning so much. For example, I love my daughter more than anything, and her happiness and security is of paramount importance to me. But I don't think you're asking that kind of question.
I think my answer to your particular question is: Justice means the most to me. There's a saying, "if you want peace, work for justice." I believe that saying. If everyone on Earth felt that they could rely on getting Justice, there would be peace. Think about it -- if the world were Just, happiness would follow. That's why I became an attorney -- to work for Justice.

The Love of GOD, his gift of salvation, The Love of ones immediate family, spouse, children, parents, extended family and friends. To find that often talked about soul mate who you are compatible with and have a "true" love, connection, and bond with, that is what i long for. Other matters are also quite important, truth, justice, living in a free world where opportunities still exist not just for the privileged. In a world and country where freedom is increasingly being lost, the cost of living constantly going up and not coming down, where wages are not keeping up with the cost of living and the on going lament about the middle class being taxed to the point of breaking. Yeah, yet i still hope,,,

I think the most important thing is to be HAPPY.
It also means you be satisfied with whatever situation you are in
You always strive to do better, financialy, with jobsatisfaction, raising your family, having a good status in the society etc.
But in your personal life if you are not satisfied, then you are not happy.
Our goals should be always high, but expectations should be
only reasonable.
If we can satisfy our needs we should be happy.
We should limit our WANTS.
