I would continue to do my aspect of the job. You need to document everything and confront this person and express your concerns. If that does not wok; then you need o take it further. Go to your immediate supervisor and ell them what is going on; submit documentation to back your accusations up. You need to make sure you take the correct actions--so you do not end up the one being fired/disciplined.

No, i don't believe of they're "lazy bums milking the equipment." i understand that there are those who do although, and as all of us understand it really is the assholes who ruin it for all and diverse. have self belief me, I thoroughly keep in mind that there are merely situations once you could not make a livable salary and someone needs help. What i do not believe are the persons who abuse the equipment. I artwork in retail and at the same time as the Superbowl, international sequence, or the different type of experience comes alongside I see human beings abuse the equipment. human beings will purchase $one hundred fifty to $2 hundred money of party nutrition and use there nutrition stamps for it. they're conversing to us about this wide party they are going to have and that is what frustrates me. i'm an finished time pupil and a component time worker, the topic is I actual ought to pay lease and charges and an extra $one hundred to $250 money for nutrition will be tremendous, i might want to really use it. the topic is those those who get the nutrition stamps and merely abuse it ruin it for some thing those who would actual pick it.

Been there. Gotta be on your toes at all times. Document everything you do like a diary,in your handwriting, time stamp, date and initial it all using different pens frequently and never let the bum see you doing it. Don't leave it at the office take it home. If the bum ever tries to take credit for something you did or discredit you it could prove invaluable or at least be work the extra time to keep track of it.

Be aware of what is going on around you and keep a daily record of your work and accomplishments. You do not need to ever say anything in your log about this other guy as it would actually be used against you if it is a negative comment.
But when ever you are asked what has been going on you can pull it out and show your boss exactly what you did...

You must be in the nursing field!
It is very hard, especially, if the back stabber "clicks" up against you. First, be cool and document EVERYTHING. Keeping a journal is handy in case an issue arrives from the situation. Don't play into it. Be professional and courteous...kill 'em with kindness (it really works!).

Let's be practical here. You need the money, so I'd ignore the back stabin' lazy bum completely, unless you are forced to talk to 'it.'

A good defense is the best offense. Watch your back, and make sure you make sure they ain't got nothing against you. and If necessary, get them before they get you.

I would find them on the weekend and confront them. If things didn't change I would find them the next weekend and fight them.
