White and black...always go together.
But heels and a miniskirt? NEVER.
Unless it is a one inch kitten heel and the skirt isn't too too short, don't wear heels and a mini - it's trashy.
Find a skirt that is knee length or longer for high heels.
Minis go with flip flop, kitten heels, small wedges, flats and sneakers.
Other than that...white and black, sounds cute! Wear a white or silver or black top to really show it off.

Hey KK, the white heels with go great with the black mini if your wearing a white top! It makes the skirt stand out more like this.

OK, Soooo you want to look hot... Wear black shoes and PANTYHOSE with some SHINE and no seams. Your girl friends might not approve but who cares! Watch the guys reactions. This adds some sophistication and makes you look more elegant AND more attractive to the upper class. You will be a winner! Beware... some of the best guys will be afraid to approach you thinking you are out of their class so make eye contact with the ones you are interested in. Have a great party!

Hmmm, you've already got sufficient colour in there. and that i need to assert a white miniskirt would look slightly tacky. gray or black minis are way extra stylish. yet when white is what you want, pass for it... in the experience that your legs are smooth and fully shaven, you could placed on bone (very gentle grayish cream) or organic colored hose. once you've some hairs to hide, bony knees or muscular legs, placed on tan or possibly slightly darker. Darker hosiery hides little imperfections and makes your legs look longer. i guess a number of the girls are having some laughs at your price, yet not in any respect placed on white or yellow pantyhose until eventually your legs are extremely skinny.

Avoid white high heels at all costs. The only exception is white knee high boots.

From a guy's point of view...
if you're wearing a mini skirt we won't even realize if you're wearing any shoes.

Well it depends on the color and design of the top you are wearing. Also, the design on the skirt also matters. If you think it looks right, wear it!

No no no girl. Off black hose and black heels. Remember hose should match shoes not the out fit necessarily. Dark hose dark shoes, lite hose lite shoes.

if u wear a black shirt I would wear a big white belt to match the shoes

it depends if your wearing a top with white in it or you have a white handbag. also be sure to look at the texture and print of the outfit to make sure they're not clashing
