It depends on how you define "growth". Hair and nails are not living cells (or any kind of cells). They are compounds excreted by the skin cells at their root. So, technically, they do not grow by themselves.
And it's true that your nose and ears get larger all your life, but this is also not a consequence of cell division it is because all your life the gravity pulls them down and they stretch in that direction. If you were to stand on your head all your life, the gravity would pull then in the other direction, you could grow yourself a genuine pair of Vulcan ears.
But there are cells which grow and divide all your life, like skin, but you wouldn't notice any growth, because a lot of skin cells die to make place for the new ones.

widespread. The penis and balls initiate turning out to be straight away on the onset of puberty, so as which you rapidly become a sexually functional male able to duplicate properly till now you're totally grown. area of the "survival of the species" difficulty--- a hundred and fifty years in the past life expectancy grew to become into purely around 40 5 or so, and young ones have been given married each from time to time at 14 or 15-- and can desire to and did have babies interior of a 300 and sixty 5 days or so. So your penis and balls develop precise away so which you would be able to reproduce (of course do no longer try this) as quickly as a threat. Makes for some relaxing cases as a teenager. savour it.

Unless I'm mistaken - it's hair and nails. They are the only things that require regular maintenance, other than the skin (requiring a bath, regularly. However, that's not due to its growth (the skin's)but rather the growth of bacteria that creates an "odor" on the skin).

If you mean when we die...nothing keeps growing...the shrinking and deterioration of skin tissue give the illusion of growing.

define growing.
If you mean getting larger then it is hair and toe/finger nails.
If you mean growing then it is the whole human body because we never stop growing new skin, hair, fat, muscle, bone, blood...
