Gel nails. My best friend is a manicurist at a "high end" salon. She says I have the worst nails. Acrylic, linen or silk wraps..etc. nothing stayed on. Now w/the creation of LCN Gel nails (the kind you use a light box with) I have my own nails w/a layer of Gel. The best part is it stays shiny for weeks. French Manicures look like new all the time. Yes, your own nails might get weak underneath the Gel, but that point is moot because there is always Gel on top that keeps them very strong.

both of the damage your actual nails. If you want to get "temporary" nail try to use silk or glass nails that look exactly like the acrylic and gel without the painful scars on your nails that take so long to heal.
Enjoy

gel, they are healthier, and if you stop wearing fake nails altogether your nails will still be in tact. Acrylic nails have to be done more frequent and if it breaks the whole nail breaks, but gel only a piece will chip which is less painful

gel nails are not as hard on the nail body or the (luna) and will not cause you as many problems. However neither is good for you, you should just have a regular manicure and call it a day.

your natural nails are the best, but if you need nicer looking nail for speicail occasion then go with gel or silk. They do not ruin your nail bed as much as arrylic. When you don't want them any more, just let them grow out or soak them in acitone and rub them off or go to the nail salon and have them soak off.
