Many shy people learn magic (Card tricks, not spells), Shy people tend to have the time needed to practice, After the trick is mastered, it's fairly easy to say "wanna see a card trick?"

The key is understanding that people can't hurt you even if they're rude. worst case, they tell you to shut up and go away. at least, if they say that, you've grown a little bit. don't be scared. go for it!

Just go up to them. If they're rude to you, it's their problem, not yours (don't take it personally- they may be having a bad day). You're the one who had the guts to approach them.
