i bought one and still is something in the sistem

Go to Control Panel then Language/Regional Settings and make sure your keyboard layout is set to USA and not international.
Its possible that you did something to your registry that would mess up your keyboard. You should make sure a virus didnt get to your registry or else other things will start breaking.

It's probably just "stuck". Perodically,your keys will get stuck,due to excessive typing,dust,something sticky,or food particles falling in between the spaces. Turn off your computer,and with a soft,flat object (such as the smooth part of a wooden finger nail file), gently dig into the space and remove the key. You will see the problem. With a dry cloth,tissue,or keyboard brush,simply clean the area,and snap the key back into place. If you fell you may damage the keyboard,then take it to an office supply store. They will fix the problem in no time.

If you are using your laptop , then you have to hold the FN key plus the numbers.
Or you can change your keyboard.

we are programmed to respond to toddlers. toddlers have huge round heads for the dimensions of their bodies, and massive eyes for the dimensions of their heads. pups have rounded heads and massive eyes, so we reply by being concerned for them. We advance a courting and they advance up into dogs that we nevertheless respond to. in reality maximum animals and birds have this innate reaction, and their yopung are born with similar proportions. Thats why Tweety Pie and caricature animals are amazing.
