The third - the prisoner of azkaban. this is because it touches hp personally, and not because he has to save the world. all the others touched him because of what he was and this 1 touches him because of who he was. sadly, I lost the 3rd book.

My favourite would have to be Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. I absolutely adore the relationship Harry had with Sirius. I liked the fact that Harry had someone to trust, someone who really cared about him instead of pitying him or treating him like trash. I think that Sirius helped Harry grow a lot; it was nice to see him learn a little more the parents he never knew.
I also enjoyed learning about The Order of the Phoenix, what it does, who is involved, and it was so exciting to read the chapter in which Dumbledore tells Harry the truth about his destiny.
Overall, I enjoyed the complicated plot line and thought the book was beautifully written. I think it is a perfect representation of J.K. Rowling's incredible skills with words.

The Half-Blood Prince is tied with The Order of the Phoenix.

My favorite book was the third, "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban". I loved that we got to meet Remus, Sirius, and even Pettigrew. We finally got to meet a few of Harry's parents' friends and learned more about their deaths. Plus I'm a huge Moony and Padfoot fan.

I think I was most fond of Harry Potter and The Order of The Phoenix. I'm reading the series all over again so I can say that for sure. But for now it is! ~Grins~

omg i am an hp freak!! i love the 4th one its my all time fav cuz of all the action, adventure (i no all have it but) and the fact that is really shows the ron and hermy like each other! but yes i really like the hp series.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. It was just awesome - so much darker and more adult than the others.

harry potter and the half blood prince. The reason why is because you learn alot about voldemort when he was younger and its just really all exciting but what i didnt like was that dumbledore got killed. But otherwise it was really good!

it used to be prisoner of azkaban but it's been pushed to second place by the half-blood prince.
