I will be leaving for a alien country in 3-4 weeks and am supposed to be there for few months.
I am told that majority of the native dont know English.

Impossible. At best you might be able to learn a few polite words, but you will be functionally illiterate.

Unless you are some kind of genius, I don't think you can learn any language (let alone these two difficult langauges) in two weeks. You can probably learn some phrases, but certainly not enough to converse fluently.

However, probably the best resources for you to learn quickly are either Rosetta Stone or Pimsleur.

If you have a CD player, you could take the lessons with you on your trip and continue to learn the languages while you're there.

I greately improved my Chinese through Pimsleur.

You won't learn properly any language in two weeks. Don't mean to discourage you. The best thing you can do to have a basic vocabulary is to enroll in an actual class in a classroom or better yet with a tutor, where you're being pushed to learn. Not by yourself or online. You'll learn the most over there. And it's good of you to want to learn their language as a visitor.

Learn to travel in time 'coz two weeks won't cut it
however learning simple phrases and as much as you can is a good idea

not possible 2 learn in two weeks,but still u could learn the basic vocab. by reading books!!
