It's in a very quiet & peaceful neighborhood, and surrounded by good neighbors & lots of gardens & trees & flowers everywhere.
But my favorite thing is being able to sit outside on my deck on the 4th of July to see fireworks all across the East Bay.

It is quiet and peaceful, we have lots of room for company(which we love). It has been made to enjoy friends and family, great neighbors, room for the dogs to run, and a pool for everyone to enjoy when it's hot!

Everything. I bought my own house and fixed it up the way I like it. Paid it off and enjoy it even more.

Out side of the people in it, my car port....sounds silly I know, but it's where my husband and I get away every night to just sit and talk...

it's mine!! no one can tell me what to do,,clean it when I want(and no its not dirty)walk around in my underwear if and when I want,,if I want some-one to leave I can tell them to do so,,,arrainge the furniture how I WANT IT,,,the stereo and TV are mine to control,,I can have my dog here to live,,no more "land-lords"
