i finished my period and ten days later i had a couple of days of spotting, i was due my period again on the 2nd, but still i havent come on, i have been feeling really tired and dizzy and a bit sick, i done a pregnancy test yesterday but it came up negative, is their still a chance i could be pregnant?

Yes, there is, but you wouldn't really be having symptoms of pregnancy this early on. Go see your doctor for a formal test.
