I was involved in one in softball league. I played first and it was a line shot to 3rd with bases loaded he stepped on the bag for two then threw to me to just catch him before sliding back into first.

I saw Dmitri Young almost hit for the cycle. I think it was August 2003 (I forgot)...In that game he hit 2 homers, a single, and 2 triples. The last last triple the 3rd base coach was yelling at him to stop at 2nd (would have been the cycle) but he kept on running.
As it turns out he was the first player since Willie Mays to hit 2 homeruns and triples in the same game

May 31, 1964, 14th inning: Orlando Cepeda of the Giants batting against Galen Cisco of the Mets; Jesus Alou on second, Willie Mays on first. Cepeda hits a line drive up the middle, caught by shortstop Roy McMillan, who lands on the bag at second to double Alou. Mays falls down scrambling back to first, but instead of trying for the unassisted triple play, McMillan tosses the ball to Ed Kranepool at first to complete the triple play.
Another one I remember was in 1965 when the Mets' Johnny Lewis caught a fly ball with runners on first and third, who both tagged. Lewis threw the runner on third out at the plate, and the catcher (Chris Cannizzaro, I believe) threw to McMillan at second, catching the other runner. Sadly, I don't remember the other team or who the runners were.

I don't remeber which game but I saw runners at 2nd and 1st which both tried to steal, the batter was a moron and hit the ball right at the Shortstop who caught the ball tagged 2nd and threw to first to get the triple play.
I've heard of people hitting for the cycle but never seen it. It's supposed to be eaiser to pitch a perfect game than to hit for the cycle I've heard!

Bottom of the ninth Staten Island Yanks up by three runs. Bases loaded, 0 outs. Danny Chavez from the Hampton Reds has a 3-1 count, offspeed pitch, outside corner swings away to the third basemen, and the third basemen catches it. Then throws it to the second basemen. Then he throws it to first, but misses the first basemen totally. The ball goes away, the runner on third runs home and the first basemen does a Derek Jeter throw to home plate. Catcher tags the runner trying to go home and the runner slams into him. Sending the catcher half way to first base. The umpire calls out. They all started to parade around the catcher.

I've seen two live!! Phillies Mickey Morandini pulled off an unassisted triple play in the '93 at the Vet. Was at the game in Philadelphia at the new Citizen Park '04 vs Houston. Houston pulled it off.

Braves at Cardinals:
1st and 2nd, no outs, runners off with pitch, line drive to Rafael Furcal steps on second, tags the runner from 1st to second, unassisted triple play, pretty amazing.

I saw John Valentin turn an unassisted triple play on TV once. Someone mentioned Furcal's, Valentin's was almost exactly like that. I can only imagine what it must have been like to be there in person.

My team in little league, we turned a double play this year. I was on the Braves, I was pitching, there was runners on 1st and 3rd, I pitched the ball and the hitter ripped it to the 3rd baseman, he cought it 1 out, the runner on 3rd thought that the ball would go through so the 3rd baseman, steeped on 3rd, 2 outs, and the runner on 1st, was also going, so the 3rd baseman threw the ball over to 1st and got the guy out, 3 outs
