volvo hunt - cozumel wall please help im stuck brain not working?

Question

Can any body help me with the hint that you get at the top of the screen on cozumel. Seven eyes stare and dice , twice or something like that. Do you have to use the 8 eyed card for something?

To solve this puzzle, you need to find repeating patterns on the wall. If you consider the wall a 31 across and 20 down you get the following coordinates to follow from left to right forming a serpent using the head icons.

You do not use the 8 eyed card. The 7 eyes are dots on dice... --- roll 3 & 4.... watch where they land most frequently. The wall is harder and I think roman' eyes are less valuable than german ears.... but I haven't cracked it yet. Do you speak hex?
