When I was on ebay yesterday I came accross The Amazing Live Sea monkeys kit!!! Ok so I want to know where else I can buy them besides ebay...anybody know???I'm in Cali. I know Target had them last year but what about now? And does anybody know what are Targets hours today? Since its the 4th of July and all Im not sure..Help please, best answer gets lots of points!

Sea Monkeys, they are so neat to raise. I used to have them as a child. What they really are, are small brine shrimp. Brine shrimp eggs can last a very long time as they get dehydrated.
When they finally touch salt water, they egg soon hatches.
The kit comes with all you need to fee them and a container to keep them in. The instructions will tell you all you need.
I've seen them at Target on and off during the year. I'm in VA though. Walmart may have them. I believe I've seen them there too, but not at often. Another place is amazon.com Here's the info I found.

All Sea Monkeys are are Brine Shrimp. Some Pet stores Keep them on had to feed other fish. They only life a few days and are not worth the price.

Some teacher supply stores sell Sea Monkeys.
I have no idea what Target hours are today, call and find out.

My kids each had a kit a couple of years ago i got theirs at wal-mart for their x-mas presents try wal-mart once i saw them at CVS if you have big grocery stores around like Winn-Dixie try them i have seen them their before but Big Lots might have them Target you said does try pet stores around the area.I Do Not know Targets Hours i tried to look them up on the internet Wal-mart is open if wal-mart is open Target might be open But if you have a near By wal-mart you will probably want to try it.Some teacher supplie stores or science stores might supply them if you have any near you. Davie's School supplies might.

I too have seen sea monkeys at Target stores, Wal-Mart, K-Mart and Spencers. I think that they're making a come back because I've seen them so many places. I think i may have als seen them at Toys R Us. They're cool aren't they?

Seamonkeys are just "Brine shrimp" actually, so you could prolly find them at anyplace that sells microscopes since thats what they are typically used for (examination under a microscope). Perhaps the Discovery Channel Store in the mall?

They will live longer if you provide them with atleast 2 gallons of distilled water, add instant ocean synthetic sea salt, about 1/2 cup of it, a air pump with air stone and feed them liquifry baby fish food for egg layers for when they are babies, and when they were full grown i fed them betta pellets and ground fish flakes.
