In this weather, I would seriously say white tank with blue jean shorty shorts.
All blue will be too hot. All white - well, white pants or shorts never get very far. Apparently you haven't been on any of those funny pic websites where someone has a brown stain on their shorts.
You can try to wear the all white - but...you won't be able to sit down, fart, go anywhere that has dirt or grass on the ground, and you better have a menstrual cycle that is right on the money.

how about no red, white or blue because it makes me sick how so many people can be upset with what our country is doing, but will still walk around waving American flags dress patriotically...it's counter productive.
