It is possible if she can win against Amelie Mauresmo FRA (1). Then if she wins agings her she will aether have to play Justine Henin-Hardenne BEL (3) OR Kim Clijsters BEL (2). That is hard to compete with. The top 4 are all good, 1-3 is just better than 4.

For the match of Sharapova Vs Mauresmo, I think there is no problem for Sharapova to win this and enter the final.
However, the biggest problem for her is - Henin Hardenne. Henin almost has a perfect record in 2006. Her strength and diversify strategy really outweigh Sharapova. Maybe Sharapova can beat Clijsters but not Henin Hardenne.
By the way, her voice really louder than last year. In this Wimbledon is extremely obvious. It make me remember Sales.

Sharapova has a chance for sure. Although she's the lowest of the seeded players at #4, she's the only one who has won the tournament, which could be to her advantage. I do see her beating Mauresmo in a close 3 set match. I think she will play Henin-Hardenne in the finals. Clijsters hasn't had too much success lately against Henin-Hardenne.

in my opinion, I nonetheless think of it quite is purely too early to make Wimbledon predictions for the ladies folk and adult adult males human beings; even with the incontrovertible fact that, i might quite want to be certain Federer and Sharapova to win a Grand Slam returned when you consider that they are due. BQ: the two by way of fact the grass court season is my popular area of the tennis season, and the distinctiveness of London web hosting the 1st Olympic tennis journey on a grass court floor makes it much extra specific! something of the different Olympic tennis tournaments have been on a puzzling court floor nonetheless.

she has a chance, of course.. all of the top 4 have a chance.. but i personally think, that if amelie mauresmo keeps her nerves and forehand in check, she has the best chance out of the 4...
i say.. mauresmo beats sharapova in 3, then goes on to beat clijsters in the final in 2.. just a guess

Sharapova is totally focused and I think she will get through.
I find the grunt a little annoying but enjoy the sport too much to let it worry me.
